Reservations for the following year will be accepted beginning the first Wednesday in December. Online 12:00am/walk-ins 8:00am. Reservations submitted prior to this date will be cancelled.

Reservations made online and in person have priority over mail and faxed forms and should INCLUDE set-up and clean-up time needed. If reserving more than 8 consecutive hours, please make your reservation in person or mail/fax the form so you are charged the correct amount. The reservation forms can be found by selecting Pavilion/Shelter Information above. Online reservations will charged for all hours reserved.

Reservations are accepted online for pavilions and neighborhood shelters, except for Hoover Chapel, Putnam Memorial Chapel, and Fairfax Pool Pavilion. Please use Facility Calendar to check availability prior to reserving. Reservations will not be accepted online if your event is less than 8 days away.

Keys may be needed for your reservation. Check the information that will be emailed to you after your reservation is complete.
